What are your opening times?

Currently our opening times are:

  • Monday to Friday 09:00-18:30
  • Saturdays 09:00-14:00

Do you have free parking?

We have ample free parking space right in front of our store so you don’t have to worry about where to park.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

Yes we do. On placing an order our staff will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery date and time.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free for orders over €50.

A €5 delivery fee is applied for orders that are less than €50.

When do you deliver?

We let you choose your preferred delivery date and time during the following hours.

    1. Monday -Friday: 10am-4pm.
    2. Saturday: 9am-1pm.

Can you offer same day delivery?

We cannot commit to same day delivery since we do not cover all the areas of Malta daily.  You can select the location and time and we will do our best.

Where do you deliver?

All over the island of Malta, you just tell us where you want us to deliver to. (We do not deliver to any of the other islands).

Can I send my delivery to a different address?

Yes you can. Just enter the name and address of the person you want us to deliver to in the “Delivery Details” section when placing your order.

If I cannot find an item on your website what should I do?

Some of our products are not listed on our website but we may have them in stock in our shop. To find out if we do just email us on [email protected] or call us on +356 2381 4444 and we will help you.

Is your site secure?

Can I send a message with the gift I am ordering?

Yes.  Just insert your message in the “remarks” section and we will happily include the gift card with your order.

If I send a gift by delivery, will you send me the receipt?

Upon request, we can email you the receipt. No receipt will be given to the gift receiver.

Weddings & Events

How do I know what I need to buy?

Email us either on [email protected] or call us on +356 2381 4444  and our expert will guide you.

Can I return products?

Yes products may be returned but you have to provide us with the receipt and the products must be returned unopened, undamaged, in their original packaging and they must not have been chilled.

When and how do I pay?

  1.  For Weddings and Events, 50% of your order value must be paid upfront and the remaining amount must be paid within a week after receiving any returned items. Alternative payment terms are available but they must have been previously agreed with Farsonsdirect.

Payment

Can you provide me with an invoice?

Yes.  We can either provide you the invoice at the Farsonsdirect shop or we can email it to you.

When and how do I pay?

  1. For online purchases, simply insert your card details in our website payment system and follow the few simple steps. Once you confirm the payment, you will receive a message informing you whether your payment was successful or not.
