  1. Purchases of alcoholic beverages may not be made by anyone under 16 years of age.
  2. The customer must provide, a valid date of birth that verifies age when creating an account.
  3. All deliveries require an adult’s signature.

Prices and Quality

The prices quoted at FARSONSDIRECT are resale prices and the quality of the products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return the goods to Farsonsdirect at the address quoted above for a full refund.

Delivery

A Delivery service is available to all customers ordering via our website, phone or fax – on placing an order our staff will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery date and time. Kindly note that orders lower than €50 carry a delivery charge of €5.

Returns

Should for any reason you decide to return any unopened bottles, which are surplus to your requirements, a full refund will be made if you return the goods within 10 days of delivery. This does not apply to white wine, sparkling wines, champagne beers and other chilled products.

Loyalty Card - Terms & Conditions

Farsonsdirect Loyalty Card – Terms & Conditions 

Use of the Farsonsdirect Loyalty Card is be subject to the following terms and conditions:  

  • It  can only be  be used at Farsonsdirect shop, The Brewery, Mdina Road, Zone 2, Central Business District, (Mriehel) Birkirkara CBD 2010, Malta or with any online purchase made at https://www.farsonsdirect.com.
  • its holder shall be entitled  to discounts, special offers, product previews and/or any other benefits which Farsonsdirect may issue and change at its own sole discretion from time to time and  shall not be used in addition to any other promotional or special offers in place but shall receive the higher discount available on offer only, 

 

Any discounts applicable upon presentation of the Farsonsdirect Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts arising from other loyalty cards including the Farsons Employees Benefit Card.

 

  • Discounts and offers at the outlet may be claimed only  upon presentation of the loyalty card at the cash-point .
  • For discounts   of online orders, the loyalty card number is to be submitted when completing the  order. Discount/offer will be authorized once the delivery address on the order is verified with the card address.
  • Discounts and offers cannot be given retroactively.
  • Discounts, offers and promotions are not redeemable for cash. 
  • Farsonsdirect Loyalty Cards are not and cannot be used as credit cards or debit cards.
  • Farsonsdirect Loyalty Cards are non-transferable and shall remain the property of FBIC Ltd at all times.  Farsonsdirect reserves the right to request the return of loyalty cards on demand. Any misuse of the card or breach of the  conditions stated herein or on the Farsons Group’s website may cause immediate cancellation of the loyalty card.
  • Farsonsdirect has the right to refuse any applicant without due explanation and in this respect, Farsonsdirect’s decision will be final.
  • Farsonsdirect reserves the right to terminate either a card holder’s card or even the entire loyalty card scheme at its absolute discretion.
  • Farsonsdirect will maintain and use card holder’s data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on our website (www.farsons.com/privacy-policy/). The Farsons Group is made up of several companies; an updated list of member companies is available on www.farsons.com.
  • Misplaced loyalty card may be replaced at cost. 
  • Farsonsdirect reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of the said Terms & Conditions and will inform card holders of any changes and updates via email.

  • to retain  holder’s data for no longer than necessary having regard to the purpose of processing, unless this is strictly required by a specific law or authority;
  • to anonymise your data once the loyalty card account is terminated. Therefore, the anonymised data will no longer identify you as an individual;
  • to destroy your data when its purpose has expired, and to do so in such a manner that your data is not subsequently capable of being recovered; and
  • to retain your personal data for as long as the accounts remains open.
