This Premier Cru Pinot Noir presents a bright ruby color with aromas of red berries, cherry, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with soft tannins and balanced acidity, offering flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and a touch of earthiness. The finish is clean and refined. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with roasted poultry, pork, and cheese. It has good aging potential, developing over 5-7 years.
