Elio Altare's Barolo exhibits a deep garnet color with complex aromas of roses, cherries, and spices. Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, it reveals layers of blackberry, tobacco, and earthy nuances. Structured with fine-grained tannins and bright acidity, promising long-term aging potential. Approachable now with decanting, but best cellared for 10-15 years.
