Il Carnasciale

Carnasciale is Caberlot's second wine from Podere il Carnasciale, produced in limited quantities from younger vines and declassified grapes of Caberlot. It exhibits an intense ruby color and opens with aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries, and plums, complemented by hints of cedar and spices. The palate is full-bodied and rich, with velvety tannins and flavors of dark fruits, chocolate, and tobacco. The wine displays excellent balance and structure, leading to a long, elegant finish. Carnasciale is renowned for its depth and complexity, aging gracefully for many years. Ideal with grilled meats, game, and aged cheeses.
