This Premier Cru Pinot Noir presents a deep ruby color with complex aromas of dark fruit, plum, and earthy spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with structured tannins and balanced acidity, offering rich flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and a touch of minerality. The finish is long and elegant. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with game, roasted meats, and aged cheeses. It has excellent aging potential, evolving over 7-10 years.
