Petit Chablis

A fresh and approachable Petit Chablis, featuring a pale straw color with aromas of green apple, lemon, and a hint of flint. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with zesty acidity and flavors of citrus, green apple, and a touch of minerality. The finish is clean and brisk. Best served chilled at 8-10°C (46-50°F), it pairs well with light appetizers, seafood, and fresh salads. It is best enjoyed young, within 2-3 years of release.
