This classic white Burgundy from Joseph Faiveley is crafted primarily from Chardonnay. It presents a bright, pale yellow color with aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity and flavors of fresh fruit, a touch of minerality, and a clean, refreshing finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light seafood and salads, it is best enjoyed within a few years of release.
