A premium Chardonnay from the Jura, this wine showcases a golden color with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, buttered toast, and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied with a creamy texture and well-integrated oak, offering flavors of ripe apple, pear, and subtle spices. The finish is smooth and lingering. Best served at 10-12°C (50-54°F), it pairs well with roasted poultry, creamy pasta dishes, and seafood. It has good aging potential, developing additional complexity over 5-7 years.
