Sangiovese 64% Cabernet Sauvignon 36%. A dry, full bodied red wine showing complex characteristics of black and red forest fruit of blackcurrants and plums, cranberries, strawberries and cherries, oak maturation of vanilla and cinnamon sweet spices, lots of earthiness of mushroom, wet leaves and complex animal characters of leather, meat and game. This wine has high levels of long chain tannins that can make it age longer in the bottle, balanced with a high level of mouth watering acidity.
