Merlot - Petit Verdot

Skin and seed contact fermentation. Vegan, gluten free with no residual sugars and low sulphites. Matured 22 months exclusively in Georgian Qvevri, unfiltered and bottled in June 2019. These wines are to be stored under 20 degrees Celsius with a particular emphasis to avoid temperature shocks. Decant for at least one hour before serving.
