On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, showcasing flavors of dark fruit, licorice, and a subtle hint of oak, supported by well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is balanced and lingering. This vintage is versatile and pairs well with roast beef, lamb, and a variety of cheeses, and is approachable now but can benefit from additional aging.
