Domaine du Clos de Tart, one of Burgundy's most prestigious producers, is known for its exclusive monopole Grand Cru vineyard in Morey-Saint-Denis. The 2005 vintage, considered one of the great years of the decade, offers a deep ruby color and complex bouquet of black cherries, plums, and earthy notes, complemented by truffle and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with velvety tannins and well-integrated acidity, showcasing rich flavors of dark fruit, mocha, and a touch of oak.
