This Grand Cru Pinot Noir presents a deep ruby color with complex aromas of dark berries, plum, and earthy spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with structured tannins and vibrant acidity, featuring rich flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and a hint of mineral. The finish is long and elegant. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with game, roasted meats, and aged cheeses. It has exceptional aging potential, evolving gracefully over 10-15 years.
