Faivley Mercurey Frambois

This Premier Cru Pinot Noir features a bright ruby color with aromas of red berries, cherry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with ripe tannins and balanced acidity, showcasing flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and subtle earthy notes. The finish is smooth and refined. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with roasted meats, poultry, and cheese. It has good aging potential, developing over 5-7 years.
