This Premier Cru Pinot Noir features a deep ruby color with complex aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, and earthy spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with firm tannins and vibrant acidity, offering rich flavors of black fruit, a touch of oak, and a mineral edge. The finish is long and refined. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with game, roasted meats, and aged cheeses. It has good aging potential, developing over 10-15 years.
