Ribolla Gialla

Ribolla Gialla is a native grape variety of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, but Bolla also produces this wine in the Veneto region. It typically shows a straw-yellow color with greenish hues. Aromas include citrus fruits, peach, and white flowers. The palate is dry and crisp, with lively acidity, flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and a subtle minerality. Ribolla Gialla pairs nicely with shellfish, grilled vegetables, and light appetizers.
