Berries for this super premium Tannat, are grown on the best site of the vineyards called 17A, which is located in Las Brujas. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 80 meters above sea level. The 30-year-old vines are harvested by hand at the end of March. Vinification by the traditional method, with the use of slow alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature.
