Tradition Rouge

This red blend from the Jura typically combines local varieties such as Pinot Noir and Trousseau. It has a deep ruby color with aromas of red berries, spices, and a touch of earthiness. The palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity and flavors of cherry, raspberry, and subtle pepper. The finish is smooth and rounded. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with roasted meats, grilled vegetables, and charcuterie. It has moderate aging potential, developing over 5-7 years.
