Château Chalon

This prestigious wine is a Vin Jaune from the Jura region, made exclusively from Savagnin grapes. It features a deep amber color with complex aromas of nuts, dried fruits, spices, and a distinctive oxidative character. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with flavors of walnuts, honey, and exotic spices, balanced by bright acidity and a long, dry finish. Best served at 10-12°C (50-54°F), it pairs excellently with foie gras, Comté cheese, and rich, savory dishes. It has exceptional aging potential, often evolving for decades.
