Barolo Unoperuno

Elio Altare's Unoperuno 2011 presents a deep garnet color with aromas of ripe red berries, roses, and spices. Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, it features flavors of cherry, plum, and hints of tobacco. Structured with firm, yet velvety tannins and bright acidity, suggesting excellent aging potential. Best enjoyed after a few more years of cellaring to allow its complexity to fully develop.
