Moulin-à-Vent

Known as one of the top Beaujolais Crus, this wine features a deep ruby color with complex aromas of blackberries, cherries, and spices, along with earthy and floral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and balanced acidity, offering flavors of dark fruit, pepper, and a touch of minerality. The finish is long and structured. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with grilled meats, stews, and robust cheeses. It has excellent aging potential, developing complexity over 7-10 years.
