Made from Xynisteri, an indigenous Cypriot variety. Old vines 70-80 years old, phylloxera free bush vines at an 800-1150m altitude

Clear, straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose is clean and intense with aromas of citrus, melon, mango and white flowers like jasmine. Fresh and soft in expression with predominating taste of tropical fruits with a clean fruity finish.
