Chardonnay

Skin and seed contact fermentation. Vegan, gluten free with no residual sugars and low sulphites. Matured 22 months exclusively in Georgian Qvevri, unfiltered and bottled in June 2019. An amber colour, completely dry, medium + acidity, notes of candied citrus peel, dried apricots, spices and soft notes of curry. Once poured the wine continues to evolve in the glass. These wines are to be stored under 20 degrees Celsius with a particular emphasis to avoid temperature shocks. Best served at 16 degrees Celsius and decanted for about one hour prior to serving.
