On the palate, it is medium-bodied with balanced acidity and soft tannins, showcasing flavors of red fruit, spice, and a hint of minerality. The finish is smooth and refreshing. Best served slightly chilled at 14-16°C (57-61°F), it pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and mild cheeses. It has moderate aging potential, evolving over 3-5 years.
