On the palate, it is full-bodied with robust tannins and balanced acidity, featuring flavors of black cherry, raspberry, and a touch of oak. The finish is long and refined. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with roasted meats, game, and mature cheeses. It has good aging potential, developing over 7-10 years.
