Sauvignon Blanc VDP

This Sauvignon Blanc offers a bright, pale yellow color with expressive aromas of gooseberry, lime, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity and flavors of citrus, green melon, and a hint of grassiness. The finish is clean and vibrant. Best served chilled at 8-10°C (46-50°F), it pairs well with salads, seafood, and goat cheese. It is best enjoyed within 2-3 years of release.
