Savagnin

Made from Savagnin grapes, this wine exhibits a bright, golden color with aromas of citrus, green apple, and a hint of white flowers. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity and flavors of lemon, pear, and a subtle nutty character. The finish is fresh and clean. Best served at 10-12°C (50-54°F), it pairs well with seafood, poultry, and salads. It has good aging potential, developing more complexity over 5-7 years.
