Amontillado Coliseo

This Sherry undergoes biological and oxidative aging in Sanlucar and eventually finishes its life in oxidative aging in Jerez. The wine is over 30 years old. Mahogany with orange and green tones. On the nose you can notice the wines time with flor. On the palate it begins light and salty moving to a sharper and bone-dry wine with a touch of bitter balsamic notes.
