This Gamay-based wine showcases a bright ruby color with fresh aromas of red berries, including strawberries and raspberries, along with hints of floral notes. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with lively acidity and soft tannins, offering flavors of juicy red fruit and a touch of spice. The finish is clean and fruity. Best served slightly chilled at 14-16°C (57-61°F), it pairs well with charcuterie, salads, and light pasta dishes. It is best enjoyed young, though it can age modestly for 1-3 years.
