This exclusive Beaune Premier Cru presents a deep ruby color with aromas of red berries, plum, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with silky tannins and balanced acidity, showcasing flavors of cherry, raspberry, and a touch of oak. The finish is smooth and persistent. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with roasted meats, poultry, and cheese. It has good aging potential, developing over 8-10 years.
