This Grand Cru Pinot Noir offers a deep ruby color with complex aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, and earthy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied with robust tannins and vibrant acidity, featuring rich flavors of black fruit, spice, and a mineral edge. The finish is long and sophisticated. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with game, roasted meats, and mature cheeses. It has excellent aging potential, evolving over 15-20 years.
