Gevrey-Chambertin

This Pinot Noir showcases a deep ruby color with aromas of dark berries, cherry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with ripe tannins and balanced acidity, featuring flavors of black fruit, a touch of earthiness, and subtle oak. The finish is smooth and elegant. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with roasted meats, poultry, and cheeses. It has good aging potential, evolving over 10-15 years.
