This exclusive Premier Cru Pinot Noir displays a deep ruby color with aromas of black cherries, raspberries, and earthy spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with fine tannins and balanced acidity, offering flavors of dark fruit, a touch of oak, and a mineral edge. The finish is smooth and persistent. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs well with roasted meats, poultry, and mushroom dishes. It has good aging potential, developing over 5-7 years.
