Morgon

Another Beaujolais Cru, Morgon features a deep ruby color with rich aromas of blackberries, plums, and cherries, complemented by notes of earth and spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with firm tannins and balanced acidity, showcasing flavors of dark fruit, black pepper, and a touch of minerality. The finish is long and structured. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs beautifully with hearty dishes like beef stew, roast lamb, and aged cheeses. It has excellent aging potential, evolving gracefully over 7-10 years.
