Moulin-A-Vent

This Moulin-à-Vent presents a deep garnet color with a bouquet of blackberries, plums, and dark cherries, alongside notes of licorice, spice, and a touch of oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and balanced acidity, offering concentrated flavors of dark fruit, pepper, and earthy undertones. The finish is long and structured, with a hint of minerality. Best served at 16-18°C (60-64°F), it pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses. The wine has excellent aging potential, maturing gracefully over 7-10 years.
