Perdriel

This is a tightly wound and heavily toasted wine, but there's a terrific beam of racy raspberry ganache and blackberry compote flavors at its core. Long and powerful through the finish and driven by ripe acidity, this should blossom after some cellaring. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
