Deep amber colour, as a result of the sun drying process and the extended ageing in the barrels. The nose is complex with scents of dried and sugared fruit (raisins, figs, apricots) and honey. The palate is exquisite structure, acidity and finesse with a strong long-lasting aftertaste.
